I am so discouraged today. I thought that I would lose a few pounds quickly when I first started and then plateau, but that hasn't been what has happened at all.
I've gone from drinking a 2-liter of Mtn. Dew a day to drinking 64+oz of water.
I've cut out my morning drive to McDonald's for a sausage biscuit.
I've limited the nights that I'm allowed to have alcohol.
I've started excersizing for 1/2 an hour every day.
What do I have to show for it? I've gained .2 lbs. That would be ok if it was one of those "muscle weighs more than fat" things... but my clothes aren't fitting any better so that can't be it... I feel much better and I know that I'm developing good habits, so I'm not ready to give up yet, but if I'm destined to be this size, I'm gonna drink Mtn. Dew!!!
