This my 1st ever blog!!
It is the middle of the night and I can't sleep. I have been stressed about my weight loss lately because I am stuck! I have been between 166-161 for months now. I can't seem to get over the hump. My motivation is dwindling and I can't seem to get it back. For months I was working out so hard 5 days a week, now I struggle to get in 3 and those I really am not "all there" for. Somehow I have to get my motivation back. I know I have done well with my weight loss so far (@ 33 lbs) but I need more!!!
