Cucumber Pita Wedges
Great for any type of party!!!
1 pkg. cream cheese (8oz), softened
2 tbsp. italian salad dressing mix
4 whole pita breads
1-2 medium cucumbers, peeled and cut into 1/8-inch slices
lemon-pepper seasoning
1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and salad dressing mix until combined.
2. Split pita breads in half, forming 2 circles. Spread cream cheese mixture over pita circles. Cut each into 6 wedges. Top with cucumbers.
3. Sprinkle with lemon-pepper.
MAKES 4 DOZEN
*If you want the cucumbers in your recipe to be cool and crunchy, just chill them overnight in ice water. You will be delighted with the results!
