I decided that I have done Phase 1 for long enough and tonight I am going grocery shopping for a few Phase 2 foods, blueberries, whole wheat pitas and I would like to get some yogurt but most yogurts that I have looked at have tons of sugar in them, so I guess I'll be spending a good amount of time in the dairy section checking out the whole selection. I used to eat the Dannon Light and Fit, I should check that stuff out and see what the Nut. facts are, I think that stuff is made with sugar substitute.

Yesterday I ate almost nothing, I went to bed Tuesday night feeling so sick and woke up Wednesday morning with TOM and I had the worst stomach cramps that I have ever experienced so I really was not up for eating anything. I feel better today though, and I already got in 1 serving of veggies so I am off to a good start! Lunch, I have a big salad (3 cups of lettuce and veggies) with a black bean burger and for dinner I plan on making some broccoli. Yay for broccoli!!

In the last few days my exercising has not been great, I worked out good on Monday but Tuesday (when I started feeling the affects of my terrible TOM) I didn't work out, I think today, after I finish with everything I have to do I will go to the gym for a jog on the treadmill and I will probably start the 30 Day Shred again tomorrow. Man, I really dropped the ball on the 30 Day Shred challenge this month, in May I did it every day and had some great results but July just isn't working for me. I'll get it together though.

I get to leave work early today, I have so much stuff to do today though so I probably won't enjoy my time off, but I will make the best of it.

Anyway, time to get serious and get back to work...I have 5 more hours to go.

    I purchased some veggie burgers. Need to try them out. HOpe you are feeling better.
