Lost 2 lbs

Well, I am going to try to keep an up to date blog on my weight loss adventure. I have know idea how I lost 2 pounds, but I will take it emoticon I am becoming conscience of the portion control I need to focus on as well as asking myself "Are you really hungry or are you bored, sad or just plan having a bad day!!!! To me, these are important questions, because I am an emotional eater...So I will take the 2 pounds and run with it to continue my down hill walk... emoticon

    emoticon Hey Girl , you go I love it , who would ever think that this site would make us think emoticon about what we EAT!!!. Yes look at the size and control it. Not it control you!!! The thing that I'm finding out is Its ok to leave some on your plate , and save it for later. This is my hurdle. its ok not to stuff your self . and drink that water emoticon Thank You for turning my head on this group. emoticon Keep up the great work Sue!!

    Mm hm...that's the funny/strange/odd thing about losing weight through nutrition and exercise for women (my thoughts here.) I never could predict the weight loss or weight gain through exercise or calorie consumption. My body seems to like to play with pounds for a few days (up and down) and then within 1-2 weeks those pounds are gone!

    So as you said, take the good when it happens! AND don't get too discouraged when you have expected weight loss only to awaken to the same ol' or more. So long as you stick with your fitness and nutrition programs, the weight will come off.
