What happen to the motivation you once had? Did you lose all the weight you want? Or did you give up on self? Sometimes you may just lose focus. That is okay but once you find your focus again go full force into it again but this time know you limits. Many were motivated to get in that dress or look good for the party. What happens after the dress and the party? Life continues on, but does your healthy lifestyle continue on as well? I once said find whatever motivates you and hold on. Well I did that but a distraction came and I lose my focus and my motivation. What do I do next? Pick up where I left off and acknowledge your mistake and move on. Sometime we get so caught up in meeting a goal that we can not seem to think of anything else. So when a distraction come we lose focus on that goal. My goal for now on is to live healthy and never lose focus. Allow yourself some space for those little distractions. Be thankful for them because the often come with lessons and some unexpected blessings. When you have lost your focus and/or motivation do not fret just find that motivation again and keep moving.
