What Works: Focussing on small "next step" goals. Right now I am focussing on eating and behaving in a way that releases 1 pound. Yes 1 "measly" pound. That's doable. When I release that next pound I get to buy myself a new "naturally thin" item of clothing. (I have my eye on running shorts)
Wins: Keeping only healthy appealing foods in the kitchen, no junk or "teasers"--this is especially good because my period is on the horizon and my appetite and good choice-making can get kind of blurry at this time of the month.
Next small goal. Run today before it gets really hot
