I slept on my neck wrong! Ouchhh!

When I got out of bed this morning I instantly knew I had slept wrong. I can barley turn my head to the sides!! Haha I look kind of funny. I will take some advil and hopefully be back to my normal self!!

Yester day went well for me. I drank all my water emoticon and ate pretty well within my ranges! I didnt eat after 6 either (BIGG plus) emoticon I would like to have gotten in a workout, but that didnt happen. I will make up for it tonight!

For today, I have everything I will be eating wrote out on a piece of paper with the calorie totals next to it. When I eat something off that list I will cross it off. This way I am sure not to go over my limit! I do this for everything but dinner.. I never know whats for dinner until after work.. ( i will start planning this out as well once I get my day food undercontrol) I am trying to stay under 1000 calories through the day. That allows me 800 for dinner. Or somewhere around there anyways..

Crossing things off your list as you go is a great idea - you've got a good plan.
