Note to Self

Scheduling high carb day on my day off from work is a sure-fire way to accomplish a whole lot of NOTHING!

Without the time pressure to get up and get out the door, I slept in too late, ate a delicious breakfast of oatmeal-eggwhite pancakes, and now want to curl up in a ball and go back to sleep. I had planned to do a long run today, but I just don't want to leave the apartment...

Just gotta do it. I know once I get going the muscle soreness will ease up and I'll have more energy for the rest of the day, but man I don't want to.

    OK, yeah... I finally got four cups of coffee in me and an hour workout. Feeling much better, and the sun is out again. Time to head off on my bike for groceries and errand-running!
