Scheduling high carb day on my day off from work is a sure-fire way to accomplish a whole lot of NOTHING!
Without the time pressure to get up and get out the door, I slept in too late, ate a delicious breakfast of oatmeal-eggwhite pancakes, and now want to curl up in a ball and go back to sleep. I had planned to do a long run today, but I just don't want to leave the apartment...
Just gotta do it. I know once I get going the muscle soreness will ease up and I'll have more energy for the rest of the day, but man I don't want to.
