I got lucky today - it rained last night (again) but the ground wasn't too soggy this morning. Here's what I tortured myself with before work:
10-15 Minutes BRISK warm up cardio.
3 rounds of the following
50 Sit-ups (or crunches)
10 Walking Lunges (each leg)
25 Push-ups (normal hand position)
50 butterfly kicks
25 Push-ups (hands close together with thumbs touching)
10 minutes BRISK cardio (donít cheat yourself here, as this is where the real weight loss takes place)
Now I have a 30 minute bike ride to work... which is easy when I haven't used my legs yet, but it's gonna hurt today.
Oddly enough, I was most worried about pulling off the 50 squats, as those are always my weak point, but I actually gave out on the push-ups first. The last set I made it through only 15 of each variety. Was sure one hell of a workout, though. I still feel a little bit sick to my stomach, but in that good "oh my god I just worked really hard" sort of way.
