Good Morning everybody and Welcome back from a long weekend.
Well it's been one month since I was able to update you all and let you know how I'm doing on this end. I'm doing well for the most part. I¡¦m staying steady at 150. But I could be doing better. I've been working out atleast 4 days a week. The eating is still not the best but during the week I've been doing awesome. It's the weekends that kill me and the BBQs. Ugh.
Well this weekend we went out to CO to Pagosa Springs. We had a great time. We rented a house and and my family parents and my brother's family stayed there. We had a blast. We went hiking everyday. Saw plenty of wildlife. Enjoyed the cool weather.
I'm back now and going to start the new week again. I'll be going to the gym today and do atleast an hour of cardio. I've been trying to do atleast an hour every time I go. The weight lifting has died off a little bit. I'm doing it like once a week. I know I need to build to more time. It's just when you have so much other stuff going on that we need make it quick and move on.
Well I better get back to work. I have a few things I need to do since I was out a couple of days last week. Hope everyone is doing well. Hang in there mamas and papas. It'll happen if we keep the faith.
Thanks everybody for the goodies, messages, and shout outs. I really have missed this place. It's just so hard because I've been so busy and then the other thing is when I'm not busy the computer faces the whole office and it's not so fun when people are watching over your shoulder.
