New Life

Well, today I woke up with a new more refined goal in life - to become the best I can be & improve my health.

I am very determined to make the right changes and live them for the rest of my life. I don't think I have ever been this sure that I will succeed, so now my goal is to prove to myself I was right.

This morning I ate porridge instead of the standard cocoa pops and I feel better for it. I can't wait to get out there today and sort my life out once and for all.

The only thing I think I might struggle with is drinking 8 cups of water a day... That one's a bit daunting. Does anyone know if there is an alternative for water? (I doubt it - but it's worth a shot).

    Isn't it a great feeling, to KNOW what it is you want, to feel it? Good for you! You're at the beginning of a great journey and will see great success. I have a challenge getting my water in too, so I've gone back to focusing on it one day at a time, I think I'm going to be some flavoring to put in it too, maybe a fresh lemon or lime, see if that helps! Best to you in your successful journey to a healthy lifestyle.
