In my new state of consciousness (that annoying time between naps) I have gotten back on track and I'm kicking Fat Man's Butt! Just needed to focus and meal plan. Thanks everyone for you kind words of support!

    I am glad you are back on track and kicking butt. I joined a gym this week and they have a "man" in the middle of the circuit, he is a punching thingy. I thought sometimes we feel like hitting some sense into the men around us don't we?
