Where's the wagon?

Thursday, July 03, 2008

Blah... I fell off the wagon. I was doing so good at losing weight. Then I stopped tracking for awhile and gained it all back. This just goes to show that it's a lifestyle change, not just something you do for awhile to lose the weight and then go back. I know that, of course we all do, but of course we all slip up sometimes.
I can be a very disiplined person. I just have to visually track what I am eating, otherwise I fall into the trap of thinking it doesn't count if I didn't write it down.
So here I am again, I am going to do better this time. Wish me luck.

Oh, Hon, I'm so glad you are back. I've fell off the wagon dozens of times in the past 8 months, but I get right back on and go again. I've signed in every single day for the last 8 months and I won't stop. I know you won't either.

Read "SHRINK YOURSELF" by ROGER GOULD, M.D. on stopping emotional eating, if that is a problem. There is a SPARKTEAM here for the book now.

Happy 4th of July. Make NEXT year July 4, 2009 a celebration at your GOAL.
