Blah... I fell off the wagon. I was doing so good at losing weight. Then I stopped tracking for awhile and gained it all back. This just goes to show that it's a lifestyle change, not just something you do for awhile to lose the weight and then go back. I know that, of course we all do, but of course we all slip up sometimes.
I can be a very disiplined person. I just have to visually track what I am eating, otherwise I fall into the trap of thinking it doesn't count if I didn't write it down.
So here I am again, I am going to do better this time. Wish me luck.
