OK...so my huge loss was due to stress of the past year.
Now that life has become somewhat stable, I'm struggling to maintain.
In the last 7 weeks I've added 2 lbs.
I know 2 lbs isn't a lot of weight, but my goal is to stay under 142...I'm afraid of letting the weight creep back on, because that's how I became overweight in the first place.
My appetite was so poor during the stress, and now that I'm happy again.
Don't get me wrong...I like being happy.
But, when everything made me sick, i ate a lot of high calorie foods to make sure I got in all my calories for the day.
Unfortunately, I've gained 2 lbs and bad habits.
