I did it!

Well, I wont say it was easy, but nor was it as hard as I thought it would be. When I get my mind set on something, I can always accomplish it. I lost 26 lbs in 5 months and went from a size 12 to a size 4. I continue to work out a lot which helps me maintain, but I have to admit, i am not as good about my eating habits. But I am dedicated to get back on the healthy eating wagon as I have fluctuated up and down within 3 lbs. since January. I didn't think 3 lbs was a huge thing, but remember how long it took to lose the last 3 stubborn pounds. I couldn't have done it without spark people.

    NICE JOB JANINE! I know it can be done! I have done it before and hope to do it again. So far 2+ weeks of doing good and down 4 pounds, once I hit week 5 it will be all down hill from there (until I hit the plateau) Anyway, just wanted to say good job! Keep up the good work.

    emoticon emoticon If it was easy I don't think you would appreciate it as much. I've still have 30 to go and I'm glad it is taking a little time and a lot of work. It will help keep me from wanting to ever go back to my larger size.

    I have the eating issue myself. I do pretty good with exercise, but my diet is the pits... I'm trying to work on it.
