Well, I wont say it was easy, but nor was it as hard as I thought it would be. When I get my mind set on something, I can always accomplish it. I lost 26 lbs in 5 months and went from a size 12 to a size 4. I continue to work out a lot which helps me maintain, but I have to admit, i am not as good about my eating habits. But I am dedicated to get back on the healthy eating wagon as I have fluctuated up and down within 3 lbs. since January. I didn't think 3 lbs was a huge thing, but remember how long it took to lose the last 3 stubborn pounds. I couldn't have done it without spark people.
