I swear it can be so hard to get back on track after a vacation. I didn't workout much while I was there (I am counting the fact that I chased my little niece around everywhere)... I wouldn't say I ate the best but I didn't eat horrible either. I avoided all alcohol which is way good. It was so dang hot... that was my biggest reason for not running and that I forgot my shoes... running in flip flops isn't ideal. Anyway... So Monday was catch up day and I was at work forever! And yesterday I had some internet problems... I was able to post a little on some of my buddies pages but then it froze and I got distracted... So today I am getting back into my routine. I have many trips planned this month and I don't want them to get in my way!
I finally stepped on the dreaded scale after avoiding it for almost 3 weeks! I knew it was going to be bad because I have slacked so much... And my oh my 7 pounds gained in 3 weeks is so huge! I need to get my freaking act together... that is a huge gain and I want it gone! I also gained an inch in my waist... what the hell is my problem? I have to get my act together cause this is so backwards!
