Well, tomorrow is my 55th birthday and as you can see I've lost 3 lbs since January. I think it's time to get with it. I've been playing around and playing around and I'm now going to give myself a birthday present of a good talking to.
I've got to get with it!! It's been so hot here!!! and with all my extra lbs and my very young age, I can keep a hot flash going for about 12 hours (just kidding), but I'm sure that if I work at this maybe, just maybe I won't feel the heat so much. Sooo here goes, I'M GOING TO GIVE IT ALL I'VE GOT THIS TIME!!! All support will be greatfully recieved and muchly appreciated
