The last weekend has bit of a blur for me where my habits of good healthy eating and exercise were not not really priorities at all. I didn't eat too much, just kinda bad choices and went out drinking 2 nights in a row. I didn't have any hangovers but I really don't think this'll be helping help me lose weight. But at least now I'm back on it again - I ate healthier again today and went to the gym to do some strength training and small amount of cardio so just gotta keep that up and try NOT going out and having drinks again so much.
Its important for me to lose weight and not let small things distract me off my course.
