So, Monday mornings are my weigh in days. For the past 4 weeks it has been all over the place. The first week I lost 6 pounds, the second week, nothing, the third week 2 pounds and this week 1. It is discouraging because I did a better job tracking my food (even the bad stuff) and worked out more days during the week. I had even found that by tracking my food there had been times where I wasn't getting enough calories for the day.
Today I am really struggling fighting off a binge/emotional eating. The thing of it is at this rate it will take me almost a year to lose 40 pounds. I know the first 6 pounds was a lot of water so truly my rate of weight loss is pretty slow.
This week I am going to increase my time on the treadmill and see if that helps make the scale jump next Monday morning. Ugh...I am just so down today. So much hard work and for what????
Well, I guess here's to a better week this week eh?
