L: Turkey Vegetable casserole (I made this last night. It contains more than 8 veggies, including broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, peas, green beans, mushrooms, onions, and celery. It was good!)

Even after (again, unintentionally) skipping my first two meals, I was not hungry at all. I had to make myself eat lunch.
I still cannot believe I'm back in the 200s. I think about it constantly haha. When I put on my backpack yesterday, the first thought that came to mind was, "If I were to get on the scale with this backpack on me, I would see the 300s again!" I shuddered and still shudder at the thought. I want to get to the point to where I still weigh 200-something with a backpack, heavy jeans, and a thick shirt haha and then eventually ONEDERLAND!! I want to be able to weigh-in at the doctor's office and see 200-something on the scale and show that evil doctor that I AM working on my weight....that I'm not a lazy glutton! haha Anyway, I hope you have a great day today.
