Well, I"m on day 2. Day 1 wasn't so bad...I ended up eating a whole footlong sub from subway instead of a half sub, and that got me a little high in calories, carbs, and fat, but I didn't go over. I didn't really need the extra 6 inches, I had planned on saving it for today, but then I got super hungry and ate both. But I could of supplemented with cheese crackers or something.
Today is a new day. My goal today is to do some exercise (maybe go for a walk), and try to incorporate more protein and water in my diet. I didn't do so well yesturday with the water thing, and gave into a soda. I did do some DDR for 20 mins, which is good, but then the baby began to fuss and the kids needed me.
I guess the biggest thing now is I need to learn to balance time for me and taking care of the house and kids. I'll get there.... :)
