Team Captain: Fabulously Fit Firecrackers!

Saturday, June 28, 2008

So, today I volunteered to be my team captain. For some reason I'm just really excited about this challenge. I think it's because it is a team thing and that is more motivating to me. I don't want to let my teammates down. I want to be a good example. Whereas when I am just challenging myself, I get bored, I guess. I think I just know my limits and don't have a lot of motivation to push myself.
Now I have some more motivation! Woohoo!

Now you have proof that the other teams are gonna talk smack to you-being the captain. emoticon

I understand the motivation part-that's mainly why I suggested this challenge. I could sit at the computer all day and say -yeah, I did my 30 min of cardio and water but not actually do it. Now with everyone else depending on my, it's different! I have already seen my scale going down-can't wait for weigh in!

Thank you for volunteering to be your teams captain. I'm sure you're going to do great. Of course, there's no way to beat the Summer Sizzlers (team 2).
