Phase 3: Week 1: Day 7

B: Malt-o-meal w/Splenda & cinnamon along with molasses/milk concoction (Did you know that Malt-o-meal has 60% Iron?! So, now I've consumed 80% Iron today!)
S: One apple
L: Turkey chili over brown rice and smooth moves tea (getting ready for my Saturday Weigh-in!)
S: Strawberry/peach smoothie (YUM!)
D: nada (I took a nap again and was not hungry when I woke up, so I drank the smoothie. I later became hungry at 8:45pm, but I was at the mall, and I don't eat after 9pm boo )

47 minutes floor aerobics (Prevention 3-2-1) which including core workouts
50 front crunches
50 total side crunches
16 total leg lifts

After I finish off the turkey chili today, I'm planning on going back to Phase 1 until I get into the 200s. It shouldn't take too long. That means I will not be eating any meat or cheese for about 1-2 days. Wish me luck!
