I weighed in today and i saw that i had dropped 6lbs. I was so excited that i finally lost something. I felt like i had lost some weight becus i had put on some jeans and they felt loose at the waist, so i knew i had lost somethnig but i didint know quite how much it was. I am overly excited. I told myself that if i wanted to lose the weight i had to change some things and some things that im trying out for now is the kelloggs meal bar and water and bars. I can honestly say that those items tells the truth. They do make u feel full and im sure i lost some weight by drinking the water like they said, so im happy that im trying new things and liking them. I have also stop eating fried foods for now. Im trying to think of other items that i can eat and get full or atleast satisfied.
My next goal on my objective is to hit 250.....and maybe i will reward myself with something.
