B: All-Bran cereal/FF milk along with more FF milk mixed with molasses (for anemia)
S: Fresh cherries
L: Turkey chili over brown rice with freshly-squeezed limeade
S: nada (took a nap)
D: Salad with veggies, reduced fat cheese, and FF Thousand Island dressing
Outtake:
1 hour walking up hills or hill walking, I should say. Those hills were crazy! I was sweating up a storm!! (as my mom says haha)
