Thanks for posting this blog. This is a very difficult area for me because I absolutely hate exercising and most days I do not have the energy to walk or do much of anything else. Well, maybe I have the energy, I just don't make myself do it. I have committed to at least 30 minutes for three days a week, but haven't gotten that first walk in yet. I realize that I must change my mindset when it comes to getting and staying active. I will do it today!
