I am eating whatever I want today very bad I know. I ran a little not my ususal Sunday but I did it hurt somewhat but dosent seem any worse now. So I am going to run twice a day 3 miles each very easy every day this week and see if that helps me get through it. I did my strength excercise but right now i gotta get in a little more water it is hot here! Glad we have air conditioning its like being in a oven when i go outside.
Tommorrow I start counting calories again cos everyone has gone home.
