Not Making Any Progress AT ALL!!

I do cardio every day, strength training every other day and am watching what I eat most of the time. I just weighed myself and I weigh MORE than I did a month ago (and it's not muscle mass - my waist is bigger too). I guess I'm just not destined to have the healthy body I really want. Wish I had a motivational friend, but no one I know wants to lose weight. GAHHHHH

    Well here's the reality you MUST log every single bite that you eat be honest you only cheat yourself, also you must MOVE IT! to lose it exercise is a must too. I checked out your food tracker I didn't see consistencies with tracking food and your starting weight 1,083 ???-140 goal(I don't know if that was a type o) maybe you don't want to post your actual weight and that is your personal choice but to put a factitious number, people are NOT here to judge we are here to help. I have struggled with my weight for fifteen years but I have arrived at a decision that I will no loner be a prisoner to food NO MORE! I would like to help you but you must be truthful about what you are eating you will be amazed when you log your calories as to how quickly it all adds up. You can lose the weight, it's your choice!
