Well, I didn't do as badly as I thought. I am down .2 from two weeks ago. A loss is a loss no matter how small, and I'm just really happy that I didn't gain. I do feel as though I'm retaining from the steak last night, but I drank like 10 glasses of water, so I don't really know how that's possible.

All of my measurements stayed the same, except my neck, I gained 1/2 inch there.

Well, here's to being back on track this week, and a better weigh in next week!!

    You're right, any loss is good; however, a loss when you spent the week traveling is amazing, no matter how small. Congratulations!
