Today I weighed in at 134.5...that is 15 pounds less than my original goal of 150. I first set the goal of 150 in Nov 2006. I met that goal last summer and still wanted to lose more fat and tone up. I set a new goal of 140. It took me longer to reach that goal but once I did I said five mor pounds and that was it. I think because I met my two previous goals I wasn't in any big rush to hit 135. Well I started a Kinesiology college course that motivated me once again and today I weighed in less than 135. Now my goal is to maintain this weight. I love how I look and I feel great aside from my ITBS and knee issues. I can't een express how exciting it was to reach my final goal weight. Now my goal consists of leading a healthy life by applying everything I've learned over the past two years!
