I feel pretty good today, Wednesday I had an awesome workout...I did 55 minutes of tae bao, took a 45 minute hike and went to the gym for 30 minutes to use some weights!! Yesterday I didn't do much and I really felt guilty for it, I just didn't feel like working out but I ended up taking a 45 minute walk at least it was something.

Surprisingly though I feel good today for not working out yesterday. I did not weigh myself but I know that I did not lose weight this week, it wasn't the fitness filled week that I planned on having, but there is always next week.

Today I have to go to the mall to get a wedding shower gift but after that I am going to do Tae Bao again and either go to the gym for some cardio or go for a 3 mile hike outside, it's nice out today so I will probably go for a hike.

Anyway, my motivation is back today so I plan on kicking ass and that's all that matters right now.
