What a Day

Wow, I've lost the 12 lbs I gained while eating a so called healthy diet of grains, fruit veggies and lean meat. Now I am eating some veggies, semi lean meats, cheese and eggs. And peanut butter!!!! No grain of any sort for 2 weeks!!!! Feeling great and very energetic.
