Long Time No Blog

I was surprised to realize it's been over a month since my last blog. I suppose I've been busier than I realized. I'm pretty much still stuck at the same weight - but considering up until very recently I wasn't able to really exercise - I guess it could be worse. I've been doing some new stuff, even while restricted. I've tried Yoga and I really like it, I've done some circuit training - not too crazy, used a wobble board, a pelvic stabilizer, and I've used our new elliptical machine a little bit. I'm glad I was able to stick to some sort of regular physical activity so I didn't gain too much weight.
I feel like the rehab has done a lot to improve my core strength which in turn is allowing me to return to a fully active plan without too much trouble.
I spent a week in Minneapolis early this month for work. It was very gloomy the whole time. Then I had Chinese visitors for a weekend after that. Every weekend since late May has been booked up with no end to action in sight.
I'm trying to get back to my usual Spark activity, but that may still take a bit longer. Anyway, I miss being here with all my supportive friends.

    Wobble board? Pelvic stabilizer! You go! Good for you for reaching out to new challenges.
