Day 3

I had a great day yesterday as far as exercising goes. I did all of my challenge exercises plus I decided to make up the 20 wallies I missed from the day before. I also danced for 15 minutes to moderately fast to fast songs and did 200 crunches. 15 mintues straight is unheard of for me. I think I am going to try to do this everyday in addition to my challenges and cardio exercises. I feel like I am getting stronger everyday and even though I don't see any changes weight wise I do feel a wholte better and some of my clothes are fitting just a little better. So I guess I am on the right road.

Summer Bootcamp Exercises for the day are:

Dumbbell Hammer Curls- 3 sets, 10 reps
Seated Dumbbell Triceps Extension- 3 sets, 10 reps
Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press- 3 sets, 10 reps
Modified Push-ups- 3 sets, 10 reps

I have decided that I am going to give myself a day off from doing wallies since I will already be doing some upper body work, not to mention the fact that I don't think I could do a wallie today if I wanted to. I tried some this morning and was only able to crank out 10 before I decided 1 day off isn't going to derail me. I fully intend to still do my 150 squats, I actually don't mind doing these now.

As for cardio, I plan to get in:

15 minutes of dance
Spark 10 minute cardio
Spark 15 minute abs
Smark 6 min butt blast
