Time is so hard to get

But I have no choice. I NEED to make time to start re-tracking. I am no good on my own.
I have not gained much back (at least I don't think, I'll know for sure tonight when I step on the scale)
But I have lost some physical ground. My exercise has been suffering big time and my endurance has dropped.
Also I have been not being portion cautious and my appetite is HUGE again. If that hasn't caused damage yet, it will soon.
Now for the big one. CONTROL MYSELF when eating out. My lifestyle includes me eating out. ALOT. No choice half the time. But I need to stick to it, order something better off the menu and STAY AWAY FROM THE FRIED FOODS!
Now if only my boyfriend wasn't a food enabler.
