I am back to keeping a journal on what I am eating, which has helped, this way I can see what I have been eating.
Yepitsmeh, if you have a computer at home and it will take time doing this, I have sit up food list on my computer with all the foods I like with the calories, fat, carbs, fiber & points, I have also put name brands so I know.
This way I can go on and see what the points are for a certain food, most of the time I can get it off the package, but I have had to go on line to find the calories, also you can get calorie king, which is helpfull.
