hardly exercised at all Ate waaaay too much I worked a track meet today. We got to the time warp party at 7 sharp Ate the crappiest food I've ever had (What genius came up with this This was an EXPENSIVE fundraiser!) The did traditional 70's food which is all stuff i don't eat hot dogs, nachos with the meted cheese stuff and chicken fingers Well i got one thing right they served a form of chicken.

I guess that the drink they were serving in test tubes that hang around you neck was supposed to kill your taste buds so you wouldn't care what you were eating. However I have standards! That, and i don't drink hard liquor. Crap what do I do now? Decided to ponder that question over a glass of chardonnay Had one hot dog YUCK! Two of the hardest dried out chicken fingers I have ever had and three chips. I am certain there was nothing of any nutritional value in that crap so I decided my earlier idea was best blow off the food in favor of more wine and that's what i proceed to do

Ordered another chardonnay and a tall water with lime. Sat a few minutes and decided it was time to dance. Poor DH is in so much pain told him about the merits of my liquid pain killer. I feel good! but poor baby he doesn't drink so while I was feeling good and ripping up the dance floor he had to appreciate my enthusiasm and energy from afar with the other rythemless souls. Next thing I knew it was time to go drink count 2 chardonnays and 3 tall glasses of water and over 2 hours straight dancing. Not too bad.

Got up at the crack of dawn to go to a track meet. Was scheduled to run the steeple chase and high jump but my coach said no way! So I worked reception all day. My stepdaughter and the grand kids arrived tonight so that's why i had pizza twice today normally I hardly ever eat the stuff .

Oh well calories blown exercise very little but tomorrow i am running 10 miles early before everyone gets up for Fathers day brunch so it is another day and I will start again.

    Don't you just HATE when they don't have a GOOD selection of food choices?!?! At least you danced your butt off!!!

    Forgive yourself and do better next time!

    I have started a travel survival bag. I am going to use a 6 pack soft sided cooler for now. I am putting granola bars, a notebook and pen, water mug and elastic bands in it to start. Being a pack rat, I am sure it will grow as the travel does! Hope this helps!
