It is my lucky day today maybe not just luck but a commitment to stay with the fitness and eating program I have been following since the first of the year.
Today I completed the first leg of my weight loss journey by going from 158 to 150. I hit 150 on the scale this morning. I am very happy with myself.
My next goal is to go from 150 to 140 within the next 10 weeks. I don't know what the outcome will be but with a little luck and hard work and determination I believe I can do this
