...I know it's a slow process and I know I like everyone else want it off yesterday....At this rate I will get to my goal I hope sooner then I expect...Just have to work the program and don't go over my calories and eat my 6 little meals a day....I have been good about taking my vitamins and drinking my 8+ glasses of water....I'm "DONE, DONE, DONE" and on my way to being me again.....

Hi girlfriend :),
So you've done it, congratulations, I'm proud of you.
Did you forget about me or did you feel I fell off the wagon, lol?
We are now in San Antonio, Tx. trying t survive and get use to retirement, but it isn't working for us. I got sick about a year ago and broke out with chronic hives and was placed on prednesone for over a year. I gained over 20 pounds. Now thinks are starting to get settled and I'm finally off all the drugs and under control (I don't want to say that too loudly).
Retirement isn't good for us we eat too much, go to bed late, watch the tube too long and have no rules for life (it is suppose to be good to be like this, but it isn't fun at all). I wonder does everyone go through this. We really aren't doing anything, I go for nice walks at night and have lost 7 of the pounds I put on so I'm working on it.
So my email is email@example.com lets get back in touch.

Hi Carol I LOVE LOVE, LOVE YOUR SPARK PAGE...I'm new please tell me how to create my own customized page. I just ordered a treadmill, because I figured if I put it near a television I will have no excuse not to workout...how often are you able to walk. Do you have any advice for someone who is just starting out with the treadmill.
