Weekly Miles Run

I just wanted a quick and easy way to see how many miles I am running a week - so eventually I know for the year!! I used to run last year but I stopped for awhile and just did strength training. I have been exercising consistently since August 2007. Yay!!! It may be even longer than that but I have a Exercise Journal that I started in Aug. so thats what I know for sure!

3/16 - 3/22 - 2 miles
3/23 - 3/29 - 1 mile
3/30 - 4/5 - 6 miles
4/6 - 4/12 - 0 miles
4/13 - 4/19 - 6 miles
4/20 - 4/26 - 11 miles
4/27 - 5/3 - 8 miles
5/4 - 5/10 - 12 miles
5/11-5/17 - 14 miles
5/18 - 5/24 - 19 miles
5/25 - 5/31 - 23 miles
5/1 - 6/7 - 24 miles
5/8 - 5/14 - 25 miles
5/15-5/21 - 25.25 miles
5/22-5/28 - 12 miles
