Well I dont know what I was thinking. I weighed in last week it was 310 now today I weigh in and its 315. What made me think that I was down about 10lbs for working out 3 days straight. Naw forreal I thought that I would have some lbs gone. But wt gain not even a thought in my mine. Well it just keeps me on my toes.
Whew I know now this will never end. I think I am going to change my weighin day to Mondays though. I do not want to have a reason to cheat myself.

    Don't be discouraged, remember exercisings builds muscle, also can cause you to retain water. Check your measurements and keep at it, the scale can only be stubborn for so long.

    That's alright. The weight changes, but inches are the thing. Did you lose the inches. When inches go down and weight goes up, it means you have lost fat and gained muscle. Anyway, you are right. It does not end. You are strong, you will make it. Congratulations on the work outs.
