Ok it's been a while so I just want to let everyone know my weight loss plans.
Eating healthy; Making sure to get in all my water.
I'm using weightwatchers Flex points
Working out using Wii fit,& sports
Total Gym; Ab Lounger, WATP DVDS;
and Gazella.and walking. I keep changinging around hoping it makes a differents.
