Over 70 New Exercise Demos, including Gym Machines!

Hi everyone! In response to requests from our members, I'm happy to announce that we've added over 40 Gym Machine exercise demos to the site! Now you can add the strength training exercises that you do at the gym to your Fitness Tracker and get precise instructions on how to do these exercises correctly.

You can find all the new gym demos in the same places you find our other "at-home" ones (Fitness Resource Center, Strength Training Fitness Tracker, featured Exercise of the Day, etc). You can use the links below to see the new demos yourself!

Core Gym Exercises (5 new exercises)
Upper Body Gym Exercises (21 new exercises)
Lower Body Gym Exercises (16 new exercises)

And last but not least, we've added 32 new Stretching Demos, and a handful of new resistance band exercises, too.

We hope that you enjoy using these new demos to work out safely and effectively and track your progress!

    I would never work out in an motel or apt or anywhere that had exercise machines because I was so afraid of doing the machines the wrong way and messing up or injuring my body in some way.

Thanks so much for the videos. These are sure to help a large number of people like me who want to work out and just don't know how to do it properly.

    I'm so glad to know about the new demos, especially the stretches. I know I have to get my stretching in, but it's been a week spot unless I'm doing a video that includes stretching. I would love it if, like the strength training and cardio exercises, we could select a stretch and be able to check it off. That would really keep me accountable for it instead of that tiny box that says stretch before and after. Thanks!

    YEAH!! I'm so happy about this - I work for Orange county and we have our own gym on the premises so I use a lot of the machines and have access to personal trainers. I have been customizing my workouts for that very reason but maybe now some I can try some workouts customized by SP.


The stretching section is great too - you guys ROCK!

  I find the exercise demos very helpful and it helps change up my daily routine for exercise...always checking Nicole for proper form for myself...this is great as I work out at a gym but also work out at home. I print the exercises and Nicole is my trainer....

  Thanks, now I know what the machines were called at my hip rehab therapy. I wil be going back to them in about 5 weeks. Plus swimming.

    Why is there a upward dog listed but no downward dog (I know there is such a thing as we used to do it in karate class).

    Love love love this because often we try to use the machines with no trainer and may end up doing them incorrectly-this is a life saver for me-now I can see for sure if I am doing them correctly!!!!
