Okay, I've been at this for almost a full week now and am absolutely thrilled with the results. 3 lbs off in the first week is fantastic. And, in all honesty, it hasn't really been that hard. A little meal planning here and there and presto, I'm 3 lbs lighter. Now, if I could just get a better handle on this whole time management and work-out thing I'd be sailing! Tonight is cycle fit at the gym. I've already scheduled with DH so that he'll be home with the kidlets while I'm cycling my way to a better booty.
