Finally getting back on track. Also figured out WHY I was so nuts. On top of the grief I am feeling I was dealing with PMS. It's not a regular thing for me AND I never dealt with it prior to 2007!! Since I don't 'freak-out' every month I tend to forget it can happen. Maybe the next time it happens this blog will be my reminder!
I am proud to say I am now UNDER 270 lbs. Granted it is only one pound, but I'm there. Guess I didn't make my May goal - oh well. I'll try better for June.

    make yer goals small and obtainable. Thus it's easier to get them and keeps your motivation going. Not saying make it easy, just obtainable and real. Like i have so much weight to lose, like 125-130lbs for me to be at the weight i'd like to see myself at. However my goal is 25lbs increments. I'm not rushing either. I have settled myself for a 1-2lbs a week weight loss. If i lose more great. If i gain something it's probably that time of the month...or muscle mass...or well i just gained weight *shrugs*

I started this in Nov. from Nov til the middle/end of April i didn't really do anything and dropped off a good amount. i'm now at 27lbs lost! I can't weight til the scales are under 300lbs. I'll be ecstatic like i was today when i was under 340!!!
