Tomorrow I start my bootcamp with my personal trainer Melissa. I am looking soooo forward to it, however, I am not looking forward to 6 weeks of 6am workouts. The bootcamp is high intense cardio circuit training m/w/f and I have my weights on t/th. I am looking really forward to finally reaching my goal body fat%. Six weeks seems like a long time away still to reach my goal as I want to have already reached it, but that is what I get when I slack off and don't put the effort in. Now I have no choice but to put the effort in, 6 weeks, hopefully will fly by, and I am sure I will have to find time to nap when my daughter does, or hit the pillow at 9pm haha.
