Positive throught the plateau

Ok, I've been really watching what I eat- especially later in the evening. I've cut back eating after 6pm for most days and the scale has budged a bit.
So, I'm going to try this strategy for a while and see if I can peel off another 5lbs...
wish me DISCIPLINE (not luck- there's no luck with weight loss!)
