Bootcamp update - 5/21/08

I can do tricep dips with a chair!!!!!!!! Two sets of 10!!!!!!!!!! Woohooooooo!!!!!

Even if I can't do plank (due to my foot injury) and no way no how side plank (just can't) and my floor pushups leave a lot to be desired - I can now do tricep dips!!!!!!! Without killing my shoulder, without stopping in the middle!

And that is my measure of success with the bootcamp!
