I am losing weight...Yay for me

ok So I started a new diet on friday of last week...The 16th. Today is the 20th and I have lost 4 lbs so far. I think that is pretty good considering it hasn't even been a week yet. No even close. I have decided to cut out carbs completely from my diet. So I eat pretty much veggies salad and meat. I can't believe how good I am doing. I am feeling GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
